I have spacers on the top and bottom and they hurt pretty badly. I also have top braces and that is probably why the top hurt, but how can i make it less painful? Can i like drink shakes or something to like numb them, or what? [i just got them yesterday]

  1. You could take some Tylenol or some other pain reliever. Also, if you have ice pop molds, you could fill them with water and try to numb your mouth a bit with the ice pops. This doesn't really work well with real popsicles, because the sugar might cause cavities. Drinking cold water might help too, but not too much.

  2. The pain will go away in a couple of days. Just take a pain killer and eat soft foods. Cold stuff might help. You'll get used to them.
