This should be easy... Its just steamed rice, but its got some spices in it. It looks kinda like little fennel seeds, and maybe a cardamon pod or two, and its got a slightly salty taste. Please no cut & paste recepies with rasins or other vegetable matter... Ive googled enough disgusting looking concoctions. I just want to learn what spices to add to my rice to make it come out like it does in a plain North Indian restaurant.
