Question:

How do I make sure im not really sleepy tomorrow??(first day of school!)?

ok so u know, summer=stay up late, sleep in late!!

SO what time should i go to sleep? if i have to wake up around 6:30am...ughh

    NO just go to bed earlier and eat a healthy

    breakfast and also splash yourself with water when you getup

    you can also drink coffee.


  2. Just around 10.30 will do. Make sure you dont eat anything that could give you not needed energy before you go to sleep. Things like chocolate, sugary snacks etc.

  3. Hey, I'm going back to school, too.  And it has been over 35 years since I last attended.  I am talking about college, of course.

    I have to drive 70 miles to get to my school.  I have to be there at 9 a.m.  I, too, have to get up real early, before 5 a.m.

    Getting back into a good sleep routine might take a couple of nights.  Worth it, though.

    However, here are a few tips that could help you get a good nights rest tonight.

    First, make sure that the sleeping quarters don't have any distractions or disturbances.  No TV.  No stereo or radio.  No computer on.  No people talking and walking about.  Avoid reading anything that will cause you to think hard or that will upset you.

    Second, make sure that the place where you sleep is comfortable and can afford you the right temperature.  If you sleep with pets, make sure they don't snore. :-))

    Third, don't eat anything less than 2 hours before bedtime.  Avoid eating spicy or gready foods.

    Fourth, avoid any exercise or strenuous activity less than 2 hours before bedtime.  This kind of activity is good for you but it also release all kinds of good things in your brain that will keep it active.

    Fifth, allow yourself a good 7-8 hours of sleep a night.  I am not  going to lecture about a growing person needs it to grow tall and healthy.

    Be sure to eat a good breakfast.  Nothing like hearing a growling tummy when trying to pay attention to the teacher. :-)

    Lmfao, well i'm going to 8th grade.

    But my school starts at 8:45 and ends at 4.

    Just go to sleep around 10 or 11.

    Or work all day, like swim, walk around yer neighborhood.

    Get yerself tired, you'll fall asleep like *THAT* :)

    Just don't take any naps, you'll be up later.

    Get up earlier than yer suppose to, so you can have time to wake up.
