How do I make the best out of Adobe Flash 7.9?

I have Adobe Flash Firestarter 7.9 and it has so many options of effects & stuff so I'm a little overwelmed, I'm new to this. Is there a website that has like online tutorials or just websites that have great flash effects? So that I can get an idea of what Flash is capable of...any suggestions would be great.

I've never heard of 'Firestarter'.

But try http://www.tutorialized.com/ for Flash tutorials along with many other tutorials for other programs.
