How do I make the little hearts?

I see the little hearts &I go "How!?"

I DONT KNOW HOW TO DO THE HEARTS BUT IF YOU GOTO THE SHIFT BRACKET ,ABOVE THE NINE & GOTO STAR ABOVE THE 8, THEN BRACKET ABOVE THE 0 IT WILL MAKE A STAR ON  YOUR MESSENGER .MAKE SURE AND HOLD YOUR SHIFT DOWN.(*)
