How do I make the perfect Iced Tea?

1 litre of water 2 orange pekoe or any kind of tea. If green tea, use 4 . Bring to boil and add tea and 2/3 cup of sugar. Let it tea sit for 5 minutes and take the tea of. Add  1/2 squeezed lemon and let cool. You can add more sugar if you want the Iced tea sweeter. You have to add lemon or lime making Iced Tea.

OK... brew your favorite iced-tea.  Purree some peaches very fine.  Now, pour tea into a glass (no ice yet) and add some peach purree.  Next, add some honey... it takes a bit of honey (to personal taste).  Then add a lot of ice.  Add sugar or sweetner if desired.  If you make it right, it tastes almost like a mixed-drink.!!!

Brew it kinda strong with alot of sugar! I use my coffee pot for brewing and use 1 cup of sugar for a 2 quart pitcher. Also generic tea bags are just as well as name brand and alot cheaper. Oh ya, I use 12 teabags, six if they are the generic that has two attatched

well i can tell you how to make the perfect sweet tea, like us southerners drink.  way number 1-  boil a family bag or two in a big pot of water for 10ish minutes.  stir in your sugar (to taste) while it's still warm.  sugar in cold water does not dissolve.  let it cool and there you go.  option 2, which is the real deal holyfield-  put your tea bags in a pitcher with water and set it out in the driveway with the hot sun blazing on it for a few hours.  then add your sugar and you got some crazy good sweet tea.

perfect for me is get lipton iced tea bags put 3 of them in a small pot of water and let it boil. Then pour into a gallon jug with two cups of sugar and let cool in the fridge.
