Also, does anyone have a good recipe for crab Rangoon? Also called, Crab Meat and cheese...looks like this...

  1. Mix cream cheese, diced onion, diced water chestnuts, garlic, pepper, wonton wrap, egg wash for sealing .  oil for frying.  do not any liquid to this mix.  

    This can be used on bagel also, if you dislike deepfried food

The term "Crab Rangoon" you're referring to here is a variation of the popular, Americanized Chinese appetizer, "Crab Meat Cheese Wontons."  However, the difference is that "Crab Rangoon" is Thai style, not Chinese; even though the filling is almost the same, the "folding" of the wonton skin yields a triangular shape rather than the Chinese-style wonton-shape.  What you showed in the pic is not Crab Rangoon, but Chinese Cheese Wontons.

    The only difference between your pic and the instructions here is the folding technique.  If you want it to shape exactly as your pic, you just push the sides in and seal the CENTER with beaten egg.

  5. its crab meat, and a mix of cream cheese and regular cheese. its scooped into a wonton and then you fry it in the oven for a long timee. my mom makes them. their wiked goood.
