  1. i think you are talking about the bracelet that has differenet colored arrows in a pattern here is how i make them:

    1) cut 3 or 4* long pieces of embroidery thread (enough to be folded in half and long enough to be made into the bracelet)

    2) fold the the threads in half and tie them in a knot on the folded end

3 ) organize the threads so that the half are opposite

If we are using red, blue, purple, and pink it would look like:

    ..................................... 0 < (knot)

    .........................r  b pu p p pu b r

    ..String:...........1-2-3--4-5-6-7-8

the threads can be secured to a surface such as a clip board , your pants (whith a safety pin), or a stable surface with tape

    4) start with the first string on the left, string 1. make two left hand knots aroung string two, three and four.

    5) Next, take string 8 and make two right hand knots over strings seven, six, and five.

    6) Repeat steps 4 and 5 with former strings 1 and 8 now becoming 4 and 5. other strings follow suit.

    7) Repeat steps 4-6 until your bracelet is the desired length

    8) Finally, when you finishe just tie a knot and TADAA!!

*number of strings depends on how wide you want your bracelet to be

you can also add beads for a nice touch : ] have fun
