How do I make this shirt? [Not the actual shirt, but the things attached]?

I have the shirt but I need instructions on how to get the big bow on there etc.

If you already have the ribbon, all you need to do is make the bow the way you want it, place it where you want it and sew it on with a bunch of stitches in the back until you are confident that it will stay on the way you want it to. It's a simple project but you can modify it however you like because you are adding the ribbon yourself.

Buy the wide black shiny ribbon at a fabric store,

tie it in a bow

stitch or safety pin it to the front of the shirt

buy some satin material, tie the bow, pin it to the shirt where you want it, and turn the shirt inside out and just sew it on there at the knot.

VERY simple.

although, I would just sew the knot, and attach a safety pin to the back, so I could take it off and on when I want.

pink top black bow?  Buy really wide black ribbon make a bow and then sew it to the tank top.
