How do I make up a mooring for a 21' sailboat that weighs about 2500 lbs? The water depth is 4 to 5 feet.?

  1. More info on what type of mooring you are trying to make would help provide a better answer.  

    Probably the easiest and cheapest would be to anchor.  Get an anchor, about 5 to 10 feet of chain, and some anchor line.  Attach the chain to the anchor, anchor line to the chain, and anchor line to the boat.
