How do I make water more acidic? Does electrolysis make it acidic?

Whats a cheap way (prefereably possible to do at home) to make water acidic? Do i need to add something? Do i need to do electrolysis?

A cheap way? Easy. Add lemon extract.

Water is what it is.  If it's pure water, it has a perfectly neutral pH.  You have to add something else to it to make it acidic.  I agree with the lemon juice answer.  Or vinegar.
