I think its copy right but i dont' want another business to just make the same product with another name and make money off it either so what would the thing i be asking for be called?

It is not expensive to get a patent.  Under $1,000 total and that is with any engineering help you paid for.  It's the time factor.  you want to get your product to market today.  If you do, others will copy it.  You've seen Patent Pending in ads.   It is certain that others are working on an idea similar to yours right now. /
