  1. Get a calendar and keep track of specific times and events. Refer to the calendar before taking on anything new. Be sure to schedule everything, meals, sleeping, showering, ect. This way you know exactly where you will be all the time.

  2. Oooh it's so hard growing up.....

  3. The gym has got to go.

Working out muscles when your bones aren't even done lengthening (you think they are, but women can grow up to 18 and beyond),

and when they aren't completely fille dout with calcium and minerals, can spell trouble.

Undue amounts of stress can cuase micro-breaks.

    Anyway,

this is where you are learning to prioritize, is all.

Joining a sport, although at this age if you haven't played can be really rough, but volleyball, maybe, for spring?

    Anyway,

that's a great way to socialize, but work out a bit.

And all of that travel to the gym? Was that using GASOLINE?

    Hope not.

    OK, so good luck.

  4. You just managed your life -_-. Uhh i think your confused, Was the question a trick question? Like instead of managing, you want to be care free? I think you should try to be a care free person. It doesnt mean your lazy. Its just like go with the flow. Do what you want. Make free choices.

  5. Seriously - **** the gym off. It's not worth it for 3 hours out of your day, and I'm guessing 2 hours of that is travelling time for a one hour workout?? Not worth it. If you're working out more than an hour every day, you are pushing it too hard - not necessary.

Gyms are soul-destroying places anyway. Just go for a run round your local park, plus you can do press-ups crunches etc at home - you'll still get a decent workout and it will save you a lot of time.

If all else fails - spend less time on Yahoo! Answers.

  6. you are too young to be this stressed out!  You are heading toward burn-out.  God Himself rested after 6 days and he is God!  My only advice would be to take a Sabbath, one day off a week to rest.  More isn't always better, or even more productive.  Alot of times a break revitalizes you and gets you ready for the next week and you would do an even better job and get more done than you would had you worked continually in a stressed out and burned out mode of existance.  It is NO WAY TO LIVE!
