How do I mark my item as "taken"?

I have an item as an "offer" but now it is "taken" How do I change it on the freecycle as "taken" please. I am new to freecycle, so please bear with me. Thank you so much and I do need some help in marking this item as "taken" now.

    Subject line:

    The message subject line MUST consist of the following:

    one of four words OFFER / TAKEN / WANTED / RECEIVED

    a brief description of the item or items offered or wanted

    finally add the general area you are based in

    Example:

    OFFER: coffee table / CD rack / table lamp (RG1 city centre)

    Please try to avoid using the following:

    Collections like “see list” or “misc” or “various” or“ garage sale leftovers”

    Begging like “desperate” or “needed” or “please read” or “!!!!”

    General solicitations like “church needs everything” or “long list”

    Unreasonable specifics like “must be as new” or “designer labels only”

    Message Body:

    The body should contain everything people need to know to decide whether they want your item or not.

    Full description such as colour, material, brand, size, age etc.

    What condition the item/s is/are in, especially if any repair is needed.

    Any additional information to help others understand what you are offering or seeking.

    General location and please put in subject line as well.

    A reasonable time to respond and to pick up your offers.

    Please do not repeat your offer within two weeks.
