How do I meet other vegetarians?

I live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and am interested in meeting fellow vegetarians. How do I do this? Thanks!

if you have facebook, you can join the veggetarian group in your area and chat online with other veggies, like me (though i dont live near). if you need a walk through on signing up for facebook, the group or both, dont be afraid to email me! online groups are a great way to exchange recipes, stories, and courage, i hope you enjoy!

Online! Go to different vegan communities, forums, and groups and meet other veg*ans. And do some vegan volunteering where you live to try and meet some other vegans and well as find a vegan meetup in our city.

it's the best way by far.

just sign up on the street team and check out the forums, because there you'll be able to meet lots of people your age who live near you.  also, you can rack up points and redeem those points for peta2 merchandise, like t-shirts and stickers.

* Go to vegetarian or animal rights seminar/benefit/expo

* internet can be a good resource like others have suggested
