How do I modify the group settings to allow only moderators to upload files?

Question

I have been able to restrict posting of messages to moderators only, but don't want the general membership to be able to alter or upload files. Can't seem to find the right place to go.

management- under group settings click web tools- web tools (edit) <-- click the edit- first item in list choice:

* Members (upload/modify/download files)

* Limited (members can download files; moderators can upload/modify/download files)

* Moderators only (upload/modify/download files)

* Off (no one can access the Files feature)

- click save changes
