How do I move icons/shortcuts in windows mobile 6.0?

Question

I have a T-Mobile Wing and I have downloaded and installed some games and other software to it. The problem that I'm having is that the icons are going everywhere and there is no rhyme or reason to it. I have to go searching through so many screens and folders to find what I'm looking for and it's driving me crazy! I'm the kind of person that has all of my folders and shortcuts on my computer organized, and I need my phone to be the same way. How do I do this? In the folders you can hold and cut and paste, but not in the program window. Please help me!!!

Use file explorer

Go to Windows /startmenu/ programs that is where they are listed. You can cut and paste them from there
