How do I move my movies into itunes and then onto my iPhone?

I want to put a DVD into my PC and then put that movie in my itunes library so I can put that movie on my iPhone. How do I do this?

iPhone only can support mp4 or h.264 format, you must make sure the video is mp4 format for iPhone. If not, you need try some third party software such as Cucusoft DVD to iPhone Video Suite to rip DVD movie and convert videos in any format to iPhone, it works great for me.
