  1. Just move with parental approval, presuming you are a minor of your state, and a notary or notice stating your intent to live with the uncle for reasons such as school, medical, welfare, or disciplinarian.  If the family is claiming you as a dependent then there are other tax and legal implications involved.  If you are looking to be free from the bonds of child-parent relationship then google up emancipation of a minor.

    Gluck

  2. ...Wow, Chu really? >_>

I'd rather live with my mommy and daddy even if they are annoying because I'm more closer to them then with my uncle...

Well, if you are a bad boy..xD

    Then you can...

    1. Call you uncle in private and ask him to pick you up during the night.

    2. Take a bus to his house xD

    3. Run away [Not encouraged]

If you are a goodie two shoes person >_<:

    1. Have your uncle come over and talk to your parents about it..

    2. Tell your parents face-to-face, help them understand, move in, and let them promise to come and see you for awhile...

    *looks up*

OmG, I give the WORST advice ever >_<

  3. I think it would be best to contact your uncle and convey your wishes to him, then have him approach your family with a plan.  It will have more credit if he is the one asking, it will just sound petite if your wanting to move and they will just think your a spoiled little kid.  Good luck.

  4. before you try to move out, you need to talk to your uncle AND your family. you need to explain why you want to live with your uncle (if he says it's ok). if they think it's a good enough reason, they'll try to work something out

but if they don't let you...well.....you're gonna have to wait till you are 18

  5. I dont think theres away other then

    1) consent from your parents

    2) you run away

    3) you emancipate yourself (but you have to have a really good reason for that you cant just be sick of your family the must have done something wrong to you like hit you or something abuse/neglect that sortof thing)
