How do I multiply & simplify this radical expression by factoring?

This is the problem 3^√y^13 times 3^√16y^14, to clarify the expression is √y^13 to the power of 3 times √16y^14 to the power of 3, can anyone help me understand this?!!

    ³√(16y^27) =

    ³√(8y^27*2) =

    2y^9 ³√(2) <==ANSWER
