Can $10,000 give me a nice, small and simple wedding with 80-100 guests the most (I doubt it would be that much)?

  1. i wish i had ten grand to spend on my wedding. our budget is 2,500 for 150 people.

    --we're sittin' pretty @ 900 right now.

thank goodness our families love to cook, so the catering is taken care of. =]

  2. Yes, you can.  As a matter of fact, you can have something nice for less than that.

  3. i will have about 125 guest for my wedding and my budget is 5,000 and i am under budget. 10,000 is way more than enough

  4. I have 60 - 75 guests (depends on if we invite our B list or not)

and our budget is $8000 we are sitting at $6700 right now. and probably won't go too much over that.  Things like our centre-pieces we are going to the dollar store and getting vases and just going to float a candle and some flower petals in it.  They are going to costs us $15 tops.  We're burning CD's with songs that mean a lot to us for favours and printing off special covers so those are only going to cost us less than $100 as well.  Invitations we are buying blank ones for like $50 and going to use our home printer instead of a costly printer.    There are plenty of ways to save money and I think $10,000 will provide you with more than a simple wedding!

  5. I think that will definitely be enough for a nice wedding with that guest list.
