How do I not fear for the worst and think about how bad thing are going to happen to me? :(

  1. I get like that sometimes but it's easier to be negative then being or to think positively! but we must work at it read books on the subject of positive thinking, see your doctor if you think your suffering from anxiety or & do things that make you happy like spending time with good friends & keeping youtself busy helps! do sports, reading, eating well helps & xut down on alcohol as that is a depressant, hope you feel uplifted soon but remember your not alone.


  2. ..... fear is a sign of weakness, what are u afraid of,

    death, you are going to die one day, anyway, so why do you get scared of anything, why have fear, just face it , take fear out of your system, and be ready to face even the death, you will see how strong you have become.

  3. Think positive. Stay positive. And know that Life is like a roller coaster. It takes you through up's and downs. BUt at some point it will all stop and every thing will be just fine.


  4. at some point you will realize that the fear and worry does not serve you - and may even bee helping the negative outcome to become true.

    when you realize that, deep down, you can start breaking the cycle.
