How do I obtain a Student Visa to stay in Romania for a year?

I need to get my visa soon. I have already been in Romania for 22 days, and I have a 90 day window. I know I have to go to the Foreigners Office in Bucharest, but is there anything else I need to do besides that? Any forms or applications or pictures or anything?

if you want to study in Roumania, you first have to find a school to study in, be accepted ,show proof of financial status, room&board, food, all necessary to study and live,

you must be out of the country in order to do that,

once you are accepted? you will have to contact the consulate of Roumania in your country,not within Roumania, to ask for a student visa, if you qualify, after registration in a school, qualify financially,then you may go to Roumania with your visa in hand.
