How do I obtain a T.I.N number if I am a U.S. Resident under an F-1 (student) Visa?

I don't have a SSN or a green card...

and I need this because I started an online website, earned alot of revenue and could not get the pay out unless I give them my TIN number - which I don't have...

You have to go to a SSN local office to get an SSN. You can get one. Just said you need it to open a bank account. It will not authorize you for employment (will say so on the card)

You are not allowed to work in the US under an F visa unless it is specifically related to you field of study.  And you are not a resident, under immigration law, of the US.
