How do I obtain a business license in College Park Georgia?

I want to start doing childcare at home and im not sure if I need one or not but if that is the case I want to do it right.

First you have to get certified and then you can apply for the license

You do have to be certified and then you could go to the courthouse in your county and apply for either a homebased business but I think u also need to have your background check completed.
