How do I obtain a copy of my brothers death certificate??

He was in the military and died back in 1969, both of our parents are deceased I'm in Texas

Contact the Veteran's Administration office in your area.  It will be in the Government listings in your directory.  They can tell you what you will need to do.

will need to provide date of birth, full name, etc -
