How do I obtain incoming phone number?

Question

Hi,

How could I obtain incoming my own phone number that I can transfer either my cell or office phone?

So I can answer to my customer at anywhere.

It shouldn't be local telephone company because I don't have place to install.

To be 100% honest,

There is NOT a free cell phone # directory.

In your search for a free reverse cell phone directory, you will find some pseudo-directories promising to allow free cell phone lookups, but they're usually just websites that allow you to lookup the carrier or issuing location of a phone number (not the owner).

You have somthing call "Personal Numbers". Check with your local telecom operator.

"Personal phone numbers are applied to 'you' not a geographic location, they become your personal number no matter how often you change your mobile, work or home number. 0700 personal numbers can be used to deliver calls to any UK land line or Mobile Number.
