  1. Go to the PD's record section with the case report. Request the report. Pay for the report.

    You don't need an attorney to request the report.


  2. All you need to to is go to the police agency that took the report, ask for their records unit and request it by the report number or they can usually look it up by the date.  Sometimes they have a fee associated with the report so bring some cash.
