How do I open a floppy disk on a HP?

I have a to print out a paper for my friend for her english class but I can't find how to open it.

Please please PLEASE help me.

I sound stupid but I seriously can't find out how to open it.

You need an external Floppy Disk driveto read a file a on a floppy disk. Floppies became quite a rare comodity these days. Ask any of your friends who has an old desktop computer with floppy disk drive to read the file and send it to you by email so that you can print it. Seems a hard way but is th eonly way
