How do I open and maintain a soup kitchen, community center, bookstore & literacy center?

you go to your local town hall and get the requirements and the permit. Then you find a place to build and then get some workers

Financial, (building,lights, insurance, equipment)..most of the food and appliances you can get donated.

Get a license or permit from City Hall, and check with the Health Department, for their guidelines, also the fire and building codes for your area.

Once you have all that in place, you will need the utilities urned n (water and lights), food to cook, then put your flyer's out and signs up in the neighborhood, recruit workers...Libraries for old books, or hit the garage sales, even  offices will give you their old books.
