How do I open attachments in a yahoo group I belong to?

If someone in our group posts a message with an attachment, I have been unsuccessful in opening it. I can open them fine from the same people if I ask them to email me the attachment but isn't there an easier way to open it right from the posted message?

If your mail preferences are not set to "individual mail" you cannot open them when messages come to your mailbox (as daily digest or special notices) You have to change your preferences to "individual mail". If it is already "individual mail" it is enough for you to click on the "scan and save to computer" button.

The attachments (if allowed by the owner/moderator) should be opened as soon as you click on a message.

Yahoo doesn't save the attachment to the archives- the only way to get it is to have individual mail settings.
