How do I open most recent Y! podcast index update?

"my subscriptions" is hardly recent and I don't see it being updated

after I subscribe to new podcasts except for 1 or 2 of my new subscriptions.

buddy if you know what a pod cast index update is your most likely smarter than all of yahoo's customer care put together I know when I had problems with my updates

I had to get my son's friend to set me up because yahoo wouldn't even address the problem.
