How do I open my Nat on Netgear WGR614 V6?

I've been wanting to open it since I got my Xbox 360 but when I noticed that I couldn't chat with certain people. I then realized that it was my Nat. It is currently on Strict and I wish to know how to open it. If you know the answer could you tell me a step by step process, I've looked at many websites but none seem to work out.

  1. Go to http://192.168.0.1 or http://192.168.1.1 from your web browser

    default username is "admin" and default password is "password"

    From this, you should be able to configure your NAT and port forwarding.
