How do I organize my groups on the homepage of Yahoogroups?

I am trying to organize my groups in the order I would like on the main page of Yahoogroups

It says drag and drop to the position wanted but I am having pure heck doing it. When I drag a group up top it simply goes back down to the very bottom.

Some groups go to the proper spot but most go to the very bottom where they are not numbered.

It shouldn't be that hard to organize them if it says to simply drag and drop.

Does anyone know how to do this right?
