How do I paint the bathroom ceiling.its concrete no window but an extractor fan steam is affecting the paint?

phone dulux trade advice centre, use dulux trade quick dry eggshell best for bathrooms

scrape it, sand it ,seal with oil based undercoat and then 2 coats of matt emulsion.

p.s. 24 years as a decorator.

use bathroom paint, its especially designed for damp rooms like bathrooms, but PVA the surface before you paint it

Go to a large DIY store or good quality paint shop ans look at the range of "International" paints. You will find they have one specifically for that purpose.

I have used it but forget the exact name. However as you look at the range on display it will be obvious which one it is.
