How do I paint the front lip of my car?

Question

I'm going to buy a front lip that says "black(ready to paint)". My car is black but I'm assuming the lip is not black like my car black but rather a flat black since it's saying that it's "ready to paint".

Questions:

Do you guys agree that's it's an ugly-plastic looking flat black?

Do I need to purchase primer or am I all set by just purchasing a black spray can?

Spray pain will make it look extremely tacky. Use something else.

most reputable body shops dont use spray paint cans to paint body parts but if you want a bogus job, just get two cans of spray paint just know it wont match your car and it will look horrible. take it to a body shop and have a professional paint it
