How do I paint two-tone walls in my living room?

I will be painting my living room "warm muffin" and "spicy cayenne" from Behr and I don't know how to make the two-tone transition. The two accent walls will be the cayenne color, and I don't know how best to have the two colors come together at the inside corners. Would it be best to just use painter's tape, or is there a better way.
