How do I pay for my parking citation/ticket without my parents finding out?

The ticket gives me an option of sending in a money order/check which I can do. However, I'm scared; are they going to send something to my house like a receipt or a "DMV ticket report"? Thanks a million

What kind of ticket is it? If it's parking yeah just pay it and nothing will come back to your house and life will be good. If it's speeding or anything like that where you get points on your license might as well confess now because your insurance will find out and up your rates and give the reason why. Good luck!

seriously just tell them.  I got a parking ticket.  Then go pay it.  Be honest really it will help if they hear it from you and not someone else.

If you pay the ticket, the court may or may not send the information to your insurance company... most likely not.

As for your parents, WHY LIE?

Although you will get yelled at, just think of the distrust that will exist if you are caught in a lie.

I would understand if one of my kids got a ticket, but not if they lied about it.

you have a grown up license, be an adult and take responsibility, even if it is a DWI...
