How do I permanently stop a window I get 30 minutes after I sign on?

It tells me to go to a site that no longer exists. It isn't listed on my search page either when I try to find it that way. It always refers to Yahoo Music Jukebox which no longer exists. The site address it refers to begins with the words, "Program Files". I don't know how to generate a list of Programs Files. I might be able to delete it that way.
