How do I persuay others to help save the enviroment?

Fight against environment abuse and ask others to join you. Word yourself so others can understand and relate to it. It's about learning to be a good arguer :)

Lead by example. If you start doing small things to make a change your family and friends will hopefully catch on. If you beat them over the head with your ideas and plns they may rebel. GOOD LUCK IN YOUR QUEST TO CHANGE THE WORLD FOR THE BETTER.

I think the best way is to lead by example.

A 'LITTLE' bit of pester power doesn't hurt but it's a fine line between converting people and just annoying them (which usually turns them against what you want them to do...)

Or, if you yourself goes green and find some of your 'resistant' friends start to drop off, but that's okay because there'll be far more people you can become friends with. Greener people. And you know what? Most of these are very good positive people as well, so it's all good.

The key word is "education".  Some people don't realize the impact.

There are many creative ways to educate that you can choose.   It may be one-on-one with family and friends in a non-condemning manner.  Or start being a speaker from a small group at a library to a big crowd that Al Gore has managed to do.  

Only you know what you are capable of doing.  For me personally, I am not articulate enough to speak to a large crowd.  So I may speak only to family, friends and small groups.  And hopefully, someone you have talked to may have the gift to speak to a larger crowd.  

It only takes one person to start a chain of reaction.

well, ok, im tired of writing my extremely long paragraph on global warming because i've kinda written a lot XD, but tell them it's important to save wildlife because if they begin to die off, that could make a HUGE impact on us, especially if a lot die out, we could also begin to die off becasue we'll lose our sources of food, especially since one dies off, the others eating that animal will die off, the ones eating THAT animal will die off, and so on and so on.  Also, the plant or animal the animal may eat may become an invasive species and take over too much land and take up the many needed food other animals need.  And to stop global warming, if we don't stop it, it could melt the polar ice caps and that would cause the earth to REALLY overheat, which could possibly even kill off much of life on the Earth and possibly all of it since the polar ice caps redirect some of the sun's rays which keeps the Earth from overheating.

When environmentally friendly products become cheaper is when people will buy them.  The only way to make people more environmentally friendly is to make it cheaper to live that way or, more expensive to live another.

You can share with them your ideas and morals, but don't force your opinions onto them. People will immediately shut you out if you try to do that.

You can't change other people, only yourself.
