you can make a open a free account with photobucket.        com

then upload you digital pics .....and when you want some one to look at a specific pic just give them the direct link to it (URL) you will find this under the pic you want to share at Photobucket..

Hope this helps ..I think this is what you ask...if not please explain ..

One more thing if you only want them to look at the pic from URL ..set your profile to private ..or they will be able to look at all your pics not just the one you want them to look at .
