How do I pick a 3 year olds hair???

Question

My 3 year old has lice well the eggs and I just can't seem to get rid of them. She has had them for 3 weeks now on and off. School starts soon. How can I do this. I did the meds from the doctors and the comb and the picking but she wantstay still long enough and wakes up crying when I do it while she is sleeping.

get some stuff from your grocery store-- it has tons of things to get rid of it in a snap. or you could put olive oil in her hair for around five minutes then have her take a bath/shower. that always helps get rid of it. also if you have other kids in the family have them do the same just in case. but if it gets really bad go get her hair cut. good luck!!!

Get the comb. Sit her in front of a TV and just let her watch it. Tell her in 3 episodes, you'll be done. That's what kids tell time by lol. If she doesn't sit still, see if the doctor can do it.

buy a "nit" comb called "nitty gritty" available in Chemists and online. This comb takes eggs out that other combs can not get out. it gets everything adults,babies and the eggs.......it's much quicker than other combs and works far better

Maybe you can give her toys while you are doing it to keep her occupied.  This sounds horrible.  This is the second post I read on lice, back to back.  Very strange.  I guess it is going around.  My head is going to start itching reading all this.
