How do I pick a good HDMI cable?

There are about a million HDMI cable options online. How do I pick a good one?

For short, under 15 ft runs, they tend to all work equally well.

My favorite cable place is www.bluejeanscables.com. I got a long 12 cable for about $40.

For short runs (like to my HDMI switch), I bought a bunch of short $7 cables from www.monoprice.com
