How do I pickup the basic channels on my TV?

I don't have cable, but really want to watch the olympics which i know are on NBC... how do i pick up these basic channels... do i need a hanger?

  1. Buy an antenna at Radio Shack.  They are less than $20.


  2. In most areas of the United States NBC is readily available (for FREE) with any TV set and a simple antenna.  In some cases with OLD TV a coat hanger will work as an antenna.  If you TV has a cable type s***w in antenna input you will need to buy a cheap antenna from any electronics store.
