How do I place a complain with CASE against a shop?

Sometimes, before purchasing something, a sales person of a shop may promise or exaggerate certain products. But, after making purchase, the promises turned out to be non-existence. How can a consumer lodge a complain against these establishments. CASE is one of them but what are the procedures?

if ur product u bought has evidence on the exergrate promise & remarks on the box. It will be a sure win case.

If is knowlable & market brand stuff, u can lodge to newspaper forum to let everyone know.

And oso u can call up the company for settlement b4 u go to CASE..
