How do I plant a Jasmin tree? I have it in a pot now inside my house. I don't ?

know anything about it except that they have small clusters of white flowers and are very fragrant.I would like to know about depth, soil type,watering, amount of water and sunlight

BTW - Jasmine is actually a vine but can be grown as an ordinary plant but it does love to climb and the smell is just beautiful - especially on a warm evening outdoors
