How do I plant and cultivate a cranium lily plant?

My wife bought a cranium lily bare root plant on E-Bay. It came without directions for planting , and even though she is a garden green thumb wizz, these plants are not available in my area. They were shipped 8/19. It was 2 days in transit. Its now 8/23 and they are sitting in a vase in water. Does anyone know how to plant?

It's probably a crinum lily.  Enter "crinum lily" in a search engine and you'll come up with all kinds of planting information.
