How do I play Rummikub?

It's been a while since I played but you are trying to form sets of the same number or runs of the same colour.  On your turn you either lay something down or draw a tile. The total of the values on your first set must be at least 30 and all sets must be at least 3 tiles long.  Once you have placed   a set you can start placing tiles on other players sets thus getting rid of more tiles and possibly grabbing the wild tile.  If I remember correctly, the first player to use all their tiles wins.  Hope that helps, it's a quite good, simple game!
