How do I play Think of Me from Phantom of the Opera on the piano?

I have a music sharing in two days, and since our teacher made all the monolouges invalid, we had to start over again. I'm planning to play the piano and I was wondering if anyone could kindly give me the letter notes for Think of Me from Phantom of the Opera. If possible, please make the piece as simple as possible, as I am not trained on playing the piano. I know where the different letter notes are on the keys, so no need to explain. The main line is f-sharp, g, f-sharp, e, e, e, a, e, d, d, d, higher d, a. The rest of it is basically similiar and should be easy to figure out.
