How do I post a background picture onto My Space?

I'm trying to post a picture (not a specific one) for my background on My Space..on my profile and on my blog. If you tell me to get the html I'm going to scream. I can't find the html for them anywhere. And I can't find any directions for posting a background. (I don't want the ones from "New Themes".) This was easy on 360 & MyPara...but there's nothing to go by in My Space. Thanks if you try to help me.

GOOGLE IT.

Look under the header "Background Image." Then, take the image URL and replace it with the "/pix/smile.gif" in the parenthesis.

Then place the code anywhere on your page.
